Book Borrowing.

We are operated and funded entirely ​by volunteers.
The Library provides a wide range of books including​: -

  • up-to-date selection of fiction and non-fiction (including large print & audio books on CD)
  • a big selection of children's and teenage fiction
  • a range of dyslexia-friendly books
  • a selection of graphic novels
  • Our librarians are always happy to discuss or help you choose books.

Book Delivery Service
The library offers a home Library Service designed to bring the Library to those in the community who are housebound or who have mobility issues. ​Our Librarian “Ro” can deliver Library books direct to your door.

Membership is free and there are no fees or late return fines!

More than just books!

As well as a great selection of books we offer the following services to the local community: -

FREE Tea & Coffee - (although donations are always gratefully accepted)

FREE Wi-Fi - The Library offers Internet access with free WiFi for you to use your own laptop, tablet or phone while at the Library

Help with completing online forms (Blue badge, bus pass applications etc.) - By appointment only.

Printing, Photocopying & Laminating (there is a small charge for this service)

Clubs and activities - includes: Book Groups, Knit & Natter, Table Games and children's Read & Rhyme.
